Money is attracted to speed

Implement ideas quickly. If you have an idea, act on it!

With 72 hours, execute on the ideas that come to you.

It may not be finished, but at least take the first step!

Fine point: Don’t execute on things you haven’t thought out or gotten feedback on from someone who knows.

Less is more

Pick one goal in each area of the Genius Model.

If you try to do too much, it won’t get done and/or it won’t get done well.

Fine point: Get your team involved in the execution and creation of your goals. It will give some perspective and help it to get done.

Follow the 30-60-10 rule

Spend 30% on the tech/administrative day-to-day work (you want to reduce this...delegate it), 60% on client nurturing, sales, and marketing, and 10% on nurturing your team.

Fine point: Make sure you hire the right people you can help achieve the above. Don’t be afraid to hire virtual!
