1. Get your team on board
Create a communication platform with your team so that you can have a dialogue with them on a regular basis.
This will help you to identify challenges and assess who needs assistance and/or mentoring. You can’t grow/scale your practice without a team that is all in!
2. Get your practice systemized with workflows and processes
Otherwise, your time will be wasted on inconsistencies, work not being completed, and/or clients not kept in the loop.
3. Fill up your pipeline with correct, quality clients
Identify who your ideal client is, demographically and psychographically.
That way, you can have an intentional, deliberate marketing strategy that speaks to your ideal clients!
They will more than likely go to your website, Facebook or LinkedIn page to learn more, so make sure it speaks to your brand.
