They said be the BEST practitioner you can and they'll beat a path to your door.
You listened. You go above and beyond for your clients and you do it for a very fair price.
You did your part...but now the client is beating a path to the practitioner down the street door.
Why? Because her/his prices are less.
This summed up the FIRST couple of years of my career as a practitioner. My unpredictable income then was largely due to unpredictable client behaviors. One day they're here, the next day they are somewhere else...it was frustrating.
Most experts tell you to simply just raise your fees. That can be dangerous unless you have few critical components in place first.
Fortunately, I was able to find a solution that quickly made me the GO-TO practitioner in my market while charging two to three times the fees of most practitioners in my area.
