Every now and then, it’s important to unplug from your practice.
There’s something magical that happens when you step away from the everyday activities:
- You have the mental space and freedom to think about and work on your practice.
- You can be strategic as opposed to being involved in the day-to-day stuff.
I encourage you to do it for yourself.
The best way to do so is to schedule the time you will unplug, whether it be certain hours or a certain day of the week.
During that time frame, truly unplug-- don’t check emails or phone calls.
You’ll find that it will give you not just the mental space but the energy to think bigger and climb new walls!
